Terms of service
What this covers
These terms apply to every s3eidat service: the AI (s3eidat AI / s3eidatGPT), Meet, Hang, Maps, Translate, Send, the BAU portal, the account centre, and the iPhone and Android apps. They are run by Omar Asseidat, trading as s3eidat, in Amman, Jordan.
Your account
One account works across every service. You are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping the password to yourself. You must be at least 13 to have one. If you are under 18, get a parent or guardian to read this with you.
Using the AI
The AI produces text and images from models run by third parties. It can be wrong, confidently. Check anything that matters — medical, legal, financial, academic — before you rely on it. Output you generate from your own prompts is yours to use; the platform, its design and its name stay ours.
Do not use the AI to produce material that is illegal, that harasses or endangers a real person, or that you would be prohibited from producing yourself. Academic tools are for studying and drafting; how you use them at your institution is between you and your institution, and their rules apply.
Meet and Hang
Calls are peer-to-peer where the network allows; the server introduces participants and relays signalling only. Hang stores your servers, channels and messages so they are there when you come back. Do not use either to harass anyone. Server owners are responsible for what happens in their servers and can remove members.
Paid plans
Only the AI has paid plans, One Pro and One Ultimate. They renew monthly until cancelled. What each includes is listed on the pricing page and shown inside the app; if those ever disagree, the app is right. Plans bought inside the iPhone or Android app are sold by Apple or Google under their terms.
Fair use
Limits exist so the service stays fast for everyone. Automated scraping, sharing one account between many people, or deliberately working around limits can get an account suspended. We will tell you why.
Availability
This is a small service run by one person. It aims to be up all the time and sometimes is not. There is no uptime guarantee and no liability for downtime, lost messages or a call that dropped — beyond a refund where one is due.
Ending things
You can delete your account from the account centre at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms. Either way, paid time you have not used is handled under the refund policy.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and signed-in users are told on their next visit. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
